Questions and answers
What clients ask before we start.
What do you need from me to get started?
Usually your website is enough – we take text, images and your logo from it. Your own photos are welcome. For a new logo, just tell us briefly what makes your business special.
Do I own the design afterwards?
For flyers, print, logos and corporate design: yes – once the invoice is paid, the print-ready files are yours, and you can have the flyer reprinted later. Editable working files are not included. For websites, once paid, you receive the lasting right to use the website for your business. The details are in our terms and conditions (German), sections 10 and 11.
